May 6, 2013 Wow, what a week! Nine beautiful ladies from Mexico City made the Amigo a spendor to behold! Chef Julio prepared one of his fabulous feasts for them, consisting of fresh ceviche, homemade burittos, and all the fixins! They sun bathed, visited the sealions, and finished off all the beer and alcohol the Amigo had to offer!!! Good times had by all. And there were some yellow tail biting out by the island. The water continues to warm, the winds continue to die down, and we are all looking forward to the great fishing The Sea of Cortez has to offer. Our cruises, as well as fishing excursions are drawing in many satisfied customers. Please check us out on your next trip to La Paz. We are pleased to report that Mayor Hagbom and his family of four from Southern Oregon, caught the first marlin of the season.
Although not the largest stripe ever caught at 160 pounds, the Mayor and family were thrilled. This combined with the 29 dorado they caught in two days, which included a bull weighing in at over 40 pounds will give the Mayor many fishing tails to recant to his buddies at home. And that was last Wednesday and Thursdays charter.
The week before a Southern California family of four were amazed at their huge dorado catch. Imagine the joy these anglers 
experienced when Chef Julio prepared them ceviche from their daily catch! Even the youngsters savored the ceviche served for lunch. They felt like true fishermen, having caught their own lunch! Both clients have already booked their next charters for early this Fall. Coming up we have the Maddock family for Spokane, Washington, and the Miller family from Oregon, which is a referral from Mayor Hagbom.
