Carnaval Ensenada 2010 - "Mythological Party of the Gods"
Like Carnaval La Paz, Carnival Ensenada will be held February 11 through February 16th, 2010
Carnaval Ensenada has grown significantly over the last decade and now rivals other well known Mexican Carnaval locations like La Paz and Mazatlan where the tradition of Carnaval is much older. The 2010 theme for Carnaval Ensenada is "Mythological Partyof the Gods".
This year more than 600, 000 people from the U.S., Baja California and other parts of Mexico are expected to attend the events over the 6 day event. Like other Mexican Carnavals, expect street vendors, stage shows, continuous music and of course, the Carnaval parade.
This year Ensenada is offering a new twist on Carnaval with VIP seating and parking. The special stage will allow VIP guests the best view of the on stage events as well as convenient (or more convenient) parking, special seating and bar availability.
The new VIP location is on the pier where there will be an area VIP with rooms lounge, bathrooms, parking and its own music for all those that enjoy the jet Set sensation. The Ensendad Carnaval is also segragated in to zones, making the type of entertainment you are looking for easier to find. There are separate stages for various styles of music which will be active through much of the day and throughout the night. Partying will go on until the wee hour so the morning, every night except Tuesday, when Carnaval ends.
