Villas de Los Cerritos Beach is a small development located in the southern portion of El Pescadero area of Baja California Sur about 75 miles south of the capitol city of La Paz and 45 miles north of Cabo San Lucas and a 1:15 minute ride from San José del Cabo (SJD) airport. 

Los Cerritos Beach area is a very popular beach area with one of the only swimmable beaches and is just south of the Pueblo Majico of Todos Santos (8kms). So for many who want to visit this artesian community and enjoy the beach will find the accommodations at Villas conveniently located to enjoy both beach and the towns. Todos Santos has many cafes, restaurants, stores, shops, galleries and cultural events for the arts, music, film and social events as well.

As well being located close to the metropolitan areas of Cabo San Lucas and La Paz for shopping and yet offers visitors a rural, quiet beach life with all the conveniences nearby. The Villas de Los Cerritos complex has owners and visitors from all over the world with a very friendly and helpful staff to help you have the easiest and most relaxing of vacations. Villas de Cerritos has a large pool, Jacuzzi, swim up bar and restaurant on premises as well as several others close by.

The Villas are only a ¼ mile or 700 meters or a 5 minute walk to the beach for swimming, surfing, fishing, diving, beach combing, yoga, massages at the beach and or at the Villas by arrangement. Other local activities include kayaking, mountain biking, horseback riding, off road-ing and exploring the foothills and back country of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains.

Los Cerritos Rentals have two types of accommodations and others as well that we manage the bookings for. There is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, two story condo just finished with all the amenities, Internet TV, Wi-Fi and a small but fully equipped kitchen. In this unit there are multiple patios, terraces with great views of beach, awesome sunrises, sunsets and whale watching including a roof top with 360 views.

There is also a traditionally built Palapa (palm roofed) with palo del arco adobe covered walls. The Palapa is one large room with ceiling fans, indoor, outdoor living with queen beds and a futon, patio dining, outdoor kitchen with gas stove/oven, full size refrigerator, full bath and outdoor shower. This traditionally built, Baja style mud and wattle construction, creates very comfortable indoor outdoor living space with an organic feeling. Great for surfers, beach lovers and those that just want to unplug and relax…

The two story condo rents for between $145 and $200usd a night depending on the amount of guests and time of year. The Palapa rents for $60 -$75 per night, depending on the number of guests and the time of year. For both of these and others there are long term rates available.
